The responsibilities of a swimming pool installer include the building and repair of residential and commercial pools. The size and construction method vary from customer to customer, but a contractor who specializes in swimming pools most often works on inground pools. As a pool installer, you may help the client select a location for their pool, dig a hole, and create a frame. You then use materials specified by the client to build the structure itself. You may also install equipment such as pumps, heaters, and filters. Role consists of general labor on work sites to ensure timely project completion, communicating with leadership about project tasks, and training for advancement. A Pool Construction Laborer must have good communication skills, some knowledge of construction processes, and willingness to learn about the pool building process. We are currently looking for a full-time Pool Construction Laborer with the capacity to grow within our family-owned company.
